During diagnosis, it may cause green urine. Pseudomonas infection: Pseudomonas is a germ that is found in soil and water. 

Pseudomonas infection may occur for the weakened immune systems. This infection may create green urine. Jaundice: Bilirubin count of the body increases rapidly because of jaundice. 

A compound called biliverdin is produced during the oxidation of bilirubin. When the biliverdin is released through your urine the pigments of it may cause the change of urine color from light yellow to green. 

Green Jaundice: A genetic defect of the biliverdin reductase-A (BVR-A) gene may promote green jaundice. Green-colored urine is a common symptom of this disease. 

Hypothermia: Hypothermia decreases our body's heat generation power. According to researchers that hypothermia may cause green urine.

Clorets or breath mint
Indicans dye 
Ingested substances
